And you bid find farther now Horror killed out, you will cease to give out to and the rest the suggestions of incompetence, lack of confidence on natural, and the other impressions that hurt one's attitude. You demand find that meanwhile you are rid of Fear you direct radiate hope, and confidence, and capacity, and will impress all those with whom you come in contingence.

And you will find moreover that the eradication of Fear will work amazements in your Subconscious Mind-set, and the behaviour of it through the Law of Fascination. When one fears a thing he really appeals it to him, pure as if he desired it. The reason is this when one desires or fears a thing (in general box the principle is the compatible) he creates a mental picture of the thing, in every quarter imaginative picture has a tendency toward materialization. Plugged in this mental picture in his disposition if beholds to it lengthened enough he draws the effects or status to him, and thus "thought takes form in action and homo." The larger part of our fears and worries are silly little things that catch our thought for an instant, and years ago are gone. They are great wasters of energy, but we do not occupy thoughts on any one of they long adequacy to put into operation the Law of Lure.

And so you see, that unless you get rid of Despair, it will tend to draw toward you the means you disquietude, or else pressure you toward the thing itself. Fear makes of the feared object a name around which you circuit and flutter, like the moth, until at last you make nosedive right into the torpidity of the flame and are consumed. Kill out Fear, by all means.    

"But how may I kill it out?" you cry. Very swimmingly! This is the tactics: Posit you had a roomful of darkness. Would you setting out to shovel or reach out the darkness? Or would you not throw open the window and introit the light? When the light pours in, the duskiness disappears. And so with the dimness of Fear throw open the windows, and "let a diminutive sunshine in." Let the thoughts, feelings, and ideals of Courage, Confidence and Fearlessness poor into your mind, and Fright will vanish. Whenever Angst arrays itself in your mind, administer the antidote of Fearlessness immediately.    

Say to yourself: "I am Fearless; I Fear Null; I am Courageous," Let the sunshine pour in.
